"一带一路"是通过若干条线路的扩散、辐射而形成的庞大的道路系统、物流系统和文化交流系统。其中,文化交流是"一带一路"在创建利益共同体、命运共同体和责任共同体过程中的重要组成部分。"一带一路"建设将历史与现代、中国和世界联系在了一起,对中华优秀传统文化的传承与弘扬起到了推动作用,应进一步推进大陆文明和海洋文明、国际与国内社会、政府和企业多层次的统筹协调,促进沿线国家的文明交流互鉴,促进不同文明的共同发展、共同繁荣。

The Belt and Road is a huge road system, logistics system and cultural exchange system formed through the proliferation and radiation of several routes. The culture is an important part in building community of interests, community of destiny and community of responsibility along the Belt and Road. The Belt and Road has linked history with modern times, China and world, it plays a role in the inheritance and promotion of Chinese excellent traditional culture. We should further promote over-all coordination between continental civilization and marine civilization, between international and domestic societies, as well as between governments and enterprises at different levels, so as to promote cultural exchanges among different countries along the route, and promote common development and common prosperity among different civilizations.
