摘要
为了改进优化突出煤层揭煤防突技术,以平首山一矿机巷石门揭煤为背景,分析了己15-17-12101机巷石门揭煤处(己15煤层与己16-17煤层合层区)的地质条件和瓦斯赋存状况,提出采用预抽、骨架、固化、注浆、锚网、架棚、喷浆的"七步"联动揭煤法。结果表明,采用"七步"联合揭煤法,日进尺1.4m,26d完成揭煤工程,比原方法提前2个月;综采队可新增采煤量16万t,新增产值10080万元;施工期间没有发生瓦斯高值、冒顶与空顶事故,实现了安全揭煤。
In order to improve the outburst prevention technology of coal uncovering in rock cross-cut of outburst coal seam,based on the engineering background of Pingshou Coal Mine,the geological conditions and gas occurrence status was analyzed in the rock cross-cut coal uncovering site of F15-17-12101 machine lane,a seven-step coal uncovering method was proposed including pre-drainage,skeleton,curing,grouting,anchor meshing,and shedding,shotcreting.The results show that, with the seven-step joint coal uncovering method, daily footage achieves 1. 4 m, and coal uncovering project is finished in 26 days,saving 2 months compared with the original method; coal production of fully mechanized mining increased 160 thousand tons, adding 100 million 800 thousand yuan of output value; during the construction period,no high gas, roof caving and hanging accident happened, and safe coal covering and coal seam crossing was realized.
