摘要
针对掘进工作面的临时支护劳动强度高、安全威胁大等问题,采用临时支护装置对工作面进行支护,通过使用电子式压力自动记录仪测量和记录临时支护装置立柱的工作阻力,掌握临时支护装置在掘进工作面巷道内与顶底板围岩的相互作用关系,并对支护装置的操作性、可靠性、适应性情况进行分析,从而验证了掘进面临时支护装置的性能可靠,应用效果良好。
Due to strong labor requirements and great safe threatens arising from temporary support at tunneling face,temporary support device is adopted for support at working face. By using electronic automatic pressure recorder to measure and record the working resistance of temporary support device,we can acknowledge of the interaction between roof rock and temporary support device within the roadway and analysis characteristics of support devices,such as operation,reliability and adaptability. Hence,it demonstrated the reliable performance and good applicability of temporary support device at tunneling face.
