摘要
介绍了剪切弹簧的受力过程,建立了弛张筛简化的力学模型,通过对系统微分方程组的求解,得到了剪切弹簧刚度的计算公式,通过数值模拟得出了压缩条件下的应力云图和应力应变曲线、剪切条件下的应力云图和应力应变曲线,通过万能试验机测定了剪切弹簧的压缩刚度、剪切刚度变化规律,分析了压缩量对剪切刚度的影响,为剪切弹簧设计计算、选型、调试提供了依据。
In this paper,the loading process of the shear spring was introduced,a flip-flop screen simplified mechanical model was established,the formulas for the shear spring stiffness through the solution of the equations were deduced. The stress cloud and stress-strain curves under compressive conditions and shear conditions were obtained by numerical simulation. Spring stiffness and shear stiffness of shear compression was determined by universal tester,and the influence of compression amount to shear stiffness was analyzed. The study can provide theoretical basis for shear spring design calculations,selection and testing in the future.
