白虎汤对不同大鼠发热模型解热机制的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨白虎汤对不同大鼠发热模型的解热作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法建立皮下注射干酵母悬液和腹腔注射脂多糖(LPS)大鼠发热模型,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别定量测定各组大鼠血浆中TNF-α、IL-6和下丘脑组织匀浆液中PGE2的含量,探讨白虎汤(BHT)的解热作用及作用机制。结果模型组大鼠的体温均显著高于空白对照组,表明成功建立大鼠发热模型;白虎汤和阿司匹林(ASP)组有显著解热效果,且均可降低大鼠血浆中TNF-α、IL-6和下丘脑中PGE2的含量,与模型组对比均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论白虎汤可能通过降低内生性致热源和中枢致热介质途径,对大鼠发热发挥良好的解热作用,为其清热消炎的进一步研究提供了有力的理论依据。 Objective To determine the effect of Bai-hu decoction on fever in different rat models, and explore the mechanism of its antipyretic effect. Methods Two rat fever models were established by subcutaneous injection of dry yeast and intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) to evaluate the antipyretic effect of Bai-hu decoction. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used for the quantitative determination of content of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and content of PGE2 in the hypothalamic tissue in the rats of each group, and determine the antipyretic effect and mechanism of Bai-hu decoction. Results The body temperature of the rats in the model group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group, indicating fever in the rat model was successfully established. Bai-hu decoction and aspirin (ASP) groups had significant antipyretic effect, and reduced the content of rat plasma TNF-α, IL-6 and PGE2 in the hypothalamus significantly (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The white tiger soup may play a good antipyretic effect on rat fever by reducing the endogenous heat source and central heat medium pathway, and providing a strong theoretical basis for further research on clearing away heat and reducing the inflammation.
