摘要
目的建立测定番荔枝种子中多种番荔枝内酯类成分含量的方法,为番荔枝种子的质量控制提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent RP-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,柱温30℃,甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,以220 nm为检测波长,测定8种不同番荔枝内酯类成分的含量。结果建立的分析方法灵敏度高,精密度高,准确度高,重现性好。结论建立的分析方法可靠,可用于评价不同番荔枝种子的质量。
Objective To evaluate the quality of Annonaceae seeds, and to establish a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method to simultaneously determine diverse bioactive acetogenins. Methods Reversed-phase C18 column (5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) was used to simultaneously separates 8 acetogenins with the column temperature at 30 ℃ . The mobile phase was composed of methanol (A) and distilled water (B), the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min - 1, and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. The contents of acetogenins were determined with their calibration curves, respectively. Results The established method showed good precision, accuracy, and good reproducibility. Conclusion The established analytical method is reliable to evaluate the quality of different Annonaceae plant seeds.
