摘要
在可压缩流体的流量常用计算公式的基础上,结合蒸汽阀流量特性和数值仿真计算的特点,确定了喷管流量计算公式和临界压差系数相结合的蒸汽阀流量数值计算方法。流量公式修正后,该蒸汽热力系统蒸汽阀后集汽箱压力变化的仿真结果与实测水平比较接近,确认了该蒸汽阀流量数值计算方法的合理性,该方法可为后续工程设计提供参考。
Based on general calculation methods of compressible fluid and combined with flow characteristics and characteristics of numerical simulation calculation of steam valve, the numerical calculation method for flow rate of steam valve combined with the calculation formula of the nozzle flow rate and the critical pressure difference coefficient is determined. After the flow formula is corrected, the simulation result of the pressure change of steam trap in steam valve of the steam thermodynamic system is close to the measured level, confirming the rationality of the numerical calculation method of the flow fate of the steam valve. This method ean be used as reference for follow-up projeet designs.
