摘要
针对细破作业线HP800圆锥破碎机过铁的突出问题,优化了拣铁工艺,减少了金属件进入破碎腔内造成的横向、纵向挤压,减少了氮气缸、释放缸、偏心套及动锥上下衬套损伤。全年细破机过铁事故率减少8%。
The HP800 cone crusher of the fine crushing operation line has iron entering problem. Aiming at this outstanding problem, the process of iron pick-out is optimized. After optimization, the horizontal and vertical squeezing caused by metal piece entering into crushing chamber is decreased, and damage on the nitrogen cylinder, release cylinder, eccentric bushing and the top and bottom bush- ing of moving cone are reduced. The annual iron entering accident rate is decreased by 8%.
