摘要
分析了软服务本体、服务提供的过程以及同顾客的关系。运用本体建模工具Protege进行软服务的本体构建。提出了本体构建的步骤及推理方法。通过验证接口检查本体语言表达的方法,验证了软服务本体模型数据中的一致性,从而完成了软服务本体的关系模型建立。
The soft service ontology, service providing process and its relationship with customers are analyzed. The soft service ontology is established by means of ontology modeling tool Prot 6 g 6. Present the steps and inference method of ontology modeling. ogy language Through verifying the method of the ontol- expressing of interface check, confirm the consistency of soft service ontology model data. Therefore, the establishment of soft service ontology relation model is comrfleted.
