铸铁减速机箱体轴承孔在线焊接方法的探索

摘要 针对轧机主减速机铸铁箱体轴承孔磨损问题,采用了适用于重要铸铁件补焊Z308纯镍焊条及不预热电弧冷焊的方法,实施了主减速机铸铁箱体磨损轴承孔的在线修复,效果显著,为各类铸铁件的在线修复提供了相关理论依据和实践案例,具有推广应用价值。 The bearing bore of the cast iron box of mill main reducer has abrasion problem. In or- der to realize on-line repair for the bearing bore, the pure nickel electrode Z308 and non-preheat arc cold welding suited for important cast iron piece are used for repair welding. The result is obvious. It can provide relevant theoretical basis and practical case for the on-line repair of various cast iron pieces. It is worthy of being used widely.
