摘要
益气化瘀补肾方是施杞教授治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床经验方,临床疗效确切。本研究采用大鼠脊髓慢性压迫损伤模型,检测大鼠行为学评分、炎症因子、神经营养因子和血液流变学,观察益气化瘀补肾方对该模型的治疗效果。益气化瘀补肾方能提高大鼠的行为学评分,减少炎症因子PGE2和PLA2的释放,从而抑制脊髓型颈椎病神经炎症反应的作用,减轻脊髓损伤,改善大鼠血液流变学,还能增加神经营养因子NT-3的表达,促进神经修复。
The prescription of Yiqi Huayu Bushen is the clinical experience of Professor Shi Qi in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy,and the clinical effect is accurate. In this study,chronic spinal cord injury model of rats was used to detect behavioral score,inflammatory factors,neurotrophic factors and hemorheology in rats,and observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huayu Bushen Recipe on this model. The prescription of Yiqi Huayu Bushen could improve rat behavior score,reduce inflammatory factors PGE2 and PLA2 release,thus inhibiting the inflammatory reaction of the cervical spinal cord nerve function after spinal cord injury in rats; improve blood rheology; can increase the expression of neurotrophic factor NT-3,promote nerve repair.
