摘要
目的:探讨肾康注射液对CKD2~3期患者血瘀证、血液流变学及肾功能的干预作用。方法:收集CKD2~3期患者80例,根据中医血瘀证评分标准分为轻、重度,符合血瘀证患者给予肾康注射液治疗,比较治疗前后血瘀证评分、血瘀证分级、Scr、BUN、Alb、全血黏度高切、全血黏度中切、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度、CD62P、CD63及e GFR的变化。结果:肾康注射液治疗后,CKD2~3期患者血瘀证评分、Scr、BUN、全血黏度高切、全血黏度中切、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度、CD62P及CD63值均较治疗前下降,而e GFR较治疗前升高。结论:血瘀证普遍存在于CKD2~3期患者中但以轻度居多,肾康注射液可改善患者的血瘀证、血液流变学及肾功能。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Shenkang Injection in blood stasis symptomatology,blood rheology and renal function in patients with CKD2 ~ 3. Metheds: 80 cases with CKD2 ~ 3 were collected. All patients were divided into mild or severe grade according to the blood stasis syndrome criteria,whose in accordance with the criteria were treated with Shenkang Injection. Parameters of Scr,BUN,Alb,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity at low shear cutting,plasma viscosity,CD62 P and CD63 were detected and e GFR was calculated. Changes in scoring and grading in patients with blood stasis syndrome,blood rheology and renal function before and after treatment were assessed. Results: After treatment by Shenkang Injection,the blood stasis scores,the parameters of Scr,BUN,Alb,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity at low shear cutting,plasma viscosity,CD62 P and CD63 were decreased,while e GFR increased. Conclusion: The blood stasis syndrome is normally existing in patients with CKD2 ~ 3,but mainly mild patients. Shenkang Injection has the function of alleviating the blood stasis syndrome,and it can improve blood rheology and renal function.
