基于中医传承辅助平台的古代抗衰老方用药规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Ancient Anti-senile Prescriptions Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析古代抗衰老方组方规律。方法:按照纳入标准筛选收录方剂530首进行性味归经、频次统计、组方规律、候选新方的分析。结果:古代抗衰老方药性以温平为主,药味以甘、苦、辛为主,高频药物以补虚类为主,并演化得到候选新处方17首。结论:衰老是生命过程中肾中精气不断耗损、五脏虚损、气血阴阳亏虚的本质,揭示了抗衰老方组方规律,选方用药多以温平润养、形神共养、阴阳平补之品,为新方的研发提供了线索和参考。

Objective： Analyze and summarize the composition principles of anti-senile prescriptions based on the TCM Inheritance Support System（ V2. 5）. Method： 530 prescriptions were collected according to the inclusion criteria,and analyzing the flavors,channel-tropism and frequency of the medicine,prescription rules and candidate new prescriptions.Results： The results showed that anti-senile medicine properties are mainly warming and mild,flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and Pungent. High frequency drugs are deficiency-nourishing,and evolved 17 new prescriptions. Conclusion： The wastage of the kidney＇s essence and deficiency of Five Zang organs and Qi,blood,Yin,Yang,which lead to senility. It revealed the prescription rules and provided the clues and reference for the research and development of the new prescriptions.
