基于中医传承辅助系统治疗小儿过敏性紫癜组方规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Pediatric Allergic Purpura by Using TCM Interitance Support System

目的:基于近10年文献研究口服中药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的组方用药规律。方法:收集中国知网、万方数据库及维普数据库中关于口服中药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的处方,利用中医传承辅助系统数据挖掘方法,分析常用药物、核心组合及发现新方。结果:对筛选出的216首方剂进行分析,明确处方中药物出现的频次,演化得到核心组合16个及新处方6个。结论:中医药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜针对虚、风、热、瘀、湿等主要病机,应用的治法主要包括补虚、解表、清热、化瘀、祛湿等,通过数据挖掘所得新方也体现了相应的主要治法。

Objective： To analyze the principles of prescriptions for pediatric allergic purpura by using Chinese Medicine Inheritance System（ TCMIS）. Method： The prescriptions used for pediatric allergic purpura from CKNI,Wanfang Database and VIP were collected and inputted into the TCMIS. By using the software integration of the data-mining,composing principles were analyzed. Results： 216 prescriptions were included,the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed,16 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion： The pathogenesis of pediatric allergic purpura includes deficiency,evil wind,evil heat,blood stasis and dampness. The main therapy includes tonifying deficiency,relieving exterior,clearing heat,removing blood stasis and eliminating dampness.New prescriptions also reflect relevant therapy method.
