基于络病学毒损肠络论治溃疡性结肠炎

Study on The Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Based on The Toxic Damage of Collaterals

从络病毒损肠络和脏腑病机学说的角度,探讨溃疡性结肠炎的因机证治。本病的发生发展是由气及血入络的渐变和复杂过程,认为脾胃虚损是UC的发病之本,肠络瘀阻是重要的病理基础,毒损肠络是致病的病机关键,故提出"脾虚络瘀毒损"是UC的基本病机;根据"络以通为用"的基本治则,提出"益气活血,通络透毒"的治法,并简要介绍了自拟方"益气活血透毒汤"的方药组成与配伍意义及加减,以期对开拓UC的治疗思路有所裨益。

This article discusses the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis（ UC） from the collateral disease theory and the damage of intestinal collaterals viscera pathogenesis theory perspective and thinks that the deficiency of the spleen and stomach,intestinal collaterals and blood stasis,poison damage to the intestines is the basic pathogenesis of this disease.According to the ＂meridian to smooth＂governance,putting forward ＂ Yiqihuoxue Tongluo therapy through poison. ＂And briefly introduces the Decoction experience in the treatment of this disease,looking forward to enlighten the ideas to develop UC treatment.
