摘要
充血性心力衰竭是各种心脏病发展到中晚期的严重并发症。中医虽无此病名,但归属于＂心悸＂＂喘证＂＂水肿＂＂胸痹＂等范畴。基于心肾相关理论探讨慢性心力衰竭中医辨治思路,认为心力衰竭基本病机为心肾阳虚,血瘀水停,为本虚标实之证,治疗以温阳益气治其本,活血利水治其标,从肾论治心衰临床疗效显著。
The congestive heart failure is a severe complication of various heart diseases developing to middle-late stage. Although the traditional Chinese medicine has no name about this disease,it belongs to palpitation,gasping syndrome,edema,chest apoplexy in TCM. Based on heart-kidney related theory,it discussed the chronic heart failure by TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. It is thought that the basic pathogenesis of heart failure is heart-kidney Yang deficiency,blood stasis and water retention. It is fundamental deficiency and severe external symptom. Treatment is benefiting qi and warming yang as the root. Treatment is promoting blood circulation and promoting water as the standard. The treatment of heart failure from kidney has a remarkable clinical effect.
