摘要
托法是中医外科内治三大法则之一,广泛运用于外科浅部化脓性疾病、内脏化脓性疾病及其他疾病,明确其作用机理是发扬光大托法,更好服务临床的重要任务。文章结合托法及代表方的文献理论、临床研究与动物实验以及组方药物药理,详细探讨了其今后作用机理实验研究的思路,包括选择实验类型、研究方向、可行性研究内容及所用研究方法。
Tuo method is one of three internal treatment rules in TCM surgery and had been widely used in the treatment of superficial suppurative diseases,visceral suppurative diseases and other diseases. To clarify its action mechanism is an important task for us carring forward Tuo method and better serving in the clinic. This article summaried the literature theories,clinical researchs,animal experiments and related traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology of Tuo method and its representative prescriptions. It detailed analysed experimental research thoughts of the action mechanism in the future,including the selection of experimental types,research directions,feasibility studies and research methods.
