摘要
目的:建立一种白芷药材的快速鉴别方法。方法:采用实时直接分析离子源(DART)结合离子阱质谱快速鉴别白芷药材,高纯氦气为解离气,载气温度300℃,格栅电压+350 V。定性分析采用比对特征离子和欧前胡素、异欧前胡素二级质谱进行。结果:该方法样品制备简单,可以在几秒内得到样品质谱图,实现样品鉴别。通过对不同批次白芷药材定性鉴别证明了该方法的可行性。结论:本方法可用于白芷药材的快速定性鉴别。
Objective: To establish a rapid method for identification of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix. Methods: Direct analysis in real time ionization source( DART) coupled with ion trap mass spectrometry was employed to rapidly identify Angelicae Dahuricae Radix. The high-purity helium( purity ≥99. 999%) was used as the ionising medium. The ionisation gas temperature was set to 300 ℃ and the grid electrode voltage of DART was set to + 350 V. The characteristic ion and DART-MS/MS spectra of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin were used to identify sample materials. Results: With minimal sample pretreatment,mass spectra of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix samples were obtained within seconds. Successful authentication was achieved by analyzing the same materials of different origins. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the rapid analysis of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix.
