摘要
诱导性一氧化氮合酶(i NOS)在脑中主要分布于胶质细胞,生理水平时基本不表达,通常在炎症状态下诱导生成,i NOS为非钙离子依赖合酶,一旦被诱生可以持续产生大量NO。焦虑障碍和抑郁障碍是临床常见的两组综合征,两种障碍常常在同一个体共存,即称为焦虑和抑郁障碍共病(CAD)。近年来研究表明,i NOS在抑郁和焦虑的发病与症状的调节中发挥着重要的作用。而研究表明电针治疗后,海马i NOS的表达量也发生了变化,显示电针对调节焦虑与抑郁双向表型存在一定的相关性。作者通过整理相关文献,分析三者关系,以期对临床针灸治疗抑郁症提供依据。
i NOS( inducible nitric oxide synthase) mainly distributed in glial cells in the brain. Basically,it does not express during the physiological level,but it is usually induced to generate in the condition of inflammation. i NOS is a kind of non-calcium dependent synthase. Once i NOS is produced,it will constantly produce a large number of NO. Anxiety disorder and depressive disorder are two common clinical sydromes and are often coexist in one individual,named comorbid anxiety and depression( CAD). A large number of studies in recent years have shown that i NOS plays a crucial role in the onset and symptom improvement of CAD. Investigations also indicate that during the process of Electro-acupuncture( EA) treatment,the expression of i NOS quantity have changed. It means there are correlations between EA two-way phenotype and anxiety disorder and depressive disorder. In this paper,the authors reviewed relative researches and analyzed the relationship between these three factors in order to provide a basis for clinical acupuncture treatment of depression.
