共轭亚油酸在蛋鸡生产中的应用研究进展

摘要 共轭亚油酸(Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA)有抗癌、减肥、降血脂、预防动脉粥样硬化、抗糖尿病、抗氧化、增强免疫等生理功能。鸡蛋蛋黄能有效富集CLA,可作为人体补充CLA的营养策略。文章综述了CLA的生理功能及其影响蛋黄脂肪酸组成、降低胆固醇、改善蛋壳品质,有利于蛋鸡骨骼代谢的机制,为研究CLA在蛋鸡体内的吸收、代谢、调控机制提供参考。 Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) has been anticarcinogenic, antiobese, antidiabetic, lowering blood shown to exert various potent of physiological functions such as lipids, prevention of atherosclerosis, antioxygenation and immunity enhancement. CLA can be enriched in egg yolk. Thus, people can obtain CLA and improve health by eating CLA- enrichment eggs. This review summarized the physiological functions of CLA, and the possible mechanism of CLA influencing yolk fatty acid composition, reducing yolk cholesterol, improving eggshell quality and bone metabolism of laying hens, tried to provide the scientific evidence for the study of the absorption, metabolism and regulation mechanism of CLA in laying hens.
