传统村落景观价值居民感知与评价研究——以张谷英村为例

Landscape value perception and evaluation of residents on traditional villages——a case study of Zhangguying Village

以中国传统村落张谷英村为例,利用GIS空间分析法和参与式制图法,探讨了传统村落景观价值居民感知的类型差异与空间特征.研究结果显示:1)通过主成分分析法,确定张谷英村景观价值分为风景价值、文化价值、经济价值和精神价值等4个层次;2)张谷英村居民感知类型可分为原著居民、常住居民、通勤居民和临时居民等4个类型,不同感知类型居民对张谷英村景观价值的评价存在较大差异;3)从价值点的空间分布来看,4种景观价值大部分落于村域范围内,且具有明显的地域分异特征.针对居民景观价值感知特征,提出了若干对策,试图从实践层面建立居民意见表达平台,从理论层面为后续的旅游开发提供决策参考.

Taking Zhangguying Village as example,this paper explored the type differences and spatial characteristics of residents＇landscape value perception through GIS space analysis method and participatory mapping method.The results show that：1）by principal component analysis,landscape value of Zhangguying Village is divided into 4 levels,that is,scenic value,culture value,economic value and spiritual value.2）Residents＇perception of Zhangguying Village is divided into 4 types,including original residents,permanent residents,commuting residents and temporary residents.There are big differences in landscape value evaluation on Zhangguying Village among residents with different perception type.3）From the spatial distribution of value points,4 types of landscape value are mostly located in the village which has obvious regional differentiation characteristics.At last,aiming at the characteristics of residents＇landscape value perception,some countermeasures and proposals are put forward to establish a resident opinion platform from the practical level and provide decision reference for subsequent tourism development from the theoretical level.
