L-C-D Cell Based Step-up Converter With High Step-up and Low Stress

摘要 在新能源发电系统中,需要通过直流升压变换器来实现光伏板、燃料电池输出电压的抬高。针对传统的高增益升压变换器存在开关电压应力高、结构复杂、电路损耗大等不足,提出了基于L-C-D结构的高增益低应力直流变换器。通过泵升电容和L-C-D结构的组合,有效提高电压增益,同时拥有较低开关应力和电感电流纹波。分析了该变换器的工作原理及稳态特性,给出了不同变换器之间的性能对比,最后通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性及所提变换器的可行性和优越性。 In renewable generation system, Boost converter is needed to improve the output voltage of photovoltaie panels and fuel cells.However, traditional high step-up Boost converters have many disadvantages, such as high switching stress, complex structure and large circuit loss.To solve these problems, the structure of L-C-D cell based step-up converter with high step-up and low stress is proposed.Association between pump capacitor and L-C-D cell can effectively improve the voltage gain,lower the switching stress and the inductor current ripple.The working principle and the steady state characteristics of the proposed converter are analyzed, the performance comparison between different converters are given.Moreover,the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility and superiority of the proposed topology are verified by experiment results.
