摘要
中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,文化建设的重要性不断提高。"一带一路"倡议推行以来,我国对外文化交流在沿线面临一系列困难和挑战,集中体现在文化传播层面、文化主体层面和文化产业层面。为应对这些困难,"一带一路"建设未来必须肩负四层文化使命:物质层面——以产业承载文化,用品牌塑造文化;行为层面——以传统阐释文化,用美德代言文化;制度层面——以制度构建文化,用理论指导文化;精神层面——以理念浓缩文化,用价值观引领文化。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and cultural construction is increasingly important. Since the promotion of the RB Initiative, the cultural exchanges between China and the countries along the Road and belt are faced with a series of difficulties and challenges, which can be found in cultural communication, cultural subjectivity and cultural industry. In order to handle these problems, the construction of RB Initiative should shoulder the following four cultural missions: materially,culture should be industry-carried and brand-molded; behaviorally, it should be tradition-interpreted and virtue-represented; institutionally, it should be institution-constructed and theory-guided; spiritually, it should be condensed into concept and be guided by value.
