摘要 摘锭是采摘头上最基本的工作部件,缠绕棉花时会引起摘锭钩齿磨损,直接影响棉花采摘质量和采摘效率。结合摘锭钩齿的结构特点,利用体视显微镜观察钩齿磨损情况,取钩齿磨损面积作为评价与分析的主要指标,揭示摘锭钩齿磨损轮廓的面积分布情况与磨损变化规律,为摘锭采摘机理和摘锭磨损失效机理的研究提供参考依据。 Spindle is the most basic working part of picking head,which will cause the hook tooth wear when winding cotton,which directly affects the quality of cotton picking and picking efficiency.Combining with the characteristics of the structure of the spindle hook tooth,using a stereomicroscope observed the hook tooth wear,the hook tooth wear area were taken as the main indicators of evaluation and analysis for spindle contour,which reveals the distribution of abrasion area for spindle hook tooth contour and the change law of wear.It is provided a reference basis for the research of picking mechanism for the spindle and the spindle wear failure mechanism.
