摘要 针对茶园深松施肥的作业要求,设计一种与茶园拖拉机配套使用的深松施肥机,该机采用跨行作业方式,一次可开4条深松沟、施入有机肥及覆土等作业。论述了茶园深松施肥机的结构、工作原理及关键部件的设计,并采用UG软件对该机的主要受力部件进行有限元分析,得出了结构优化的依据。该设计为茶园深松施肥作业提供了实用的机具,可以满足农艺要求、提高生产效率。 According to the operational requirements for deep subsoiling and fertilizing,it was designed a tea plantation tractor for deep subsoiling and fertilizing.The machine is adopted the cross tea ridge operation mode.It can dig 4 deep subsoiling furrows,apply organic fertilizer and cover soil at once.Its main structure,working principle and the design of critical components were briefly described.The finite element analysis of the main force components of the machine was carried out by UG software,and the basis of the machine structural optimization was obtained.The design was supplied a practical deep subsoiling and fertilizing machine for tea plantation,which can satisfy with the agronomic requirements and improve production efficiency.
