基于PLC的妊娠母猪饲喂控制系统研究 被引量:8

摘要 为解决妊娠母猪智能饲喂问题,设计一种可群养的妊娠母猪饲喂控制系统。系统采用无线射频技术、RS485传输技术和PLC、触摸屏、远程电脑的软硬件共同集成。根据妊娠母猪一般性喂食规律和操作员操作习惯,设计妊娠母猪饲喂信息表和猪只信息表管理妊娠母猪饲喂和生产信息。并根据猪只进站进食习惯,设计入口门控制、食槽门控制、分选门控制方案。依据动物福利养殖规程,将同网饲喂站间饲喂信息共享,实现大群饲养。饲喂结束后,定时将猪只体重、饲喂信息传给远程电脑,并生成统计报表。该文为中、小型养殖场妊娠母猪智能饲喂系统设计方面提供参考。 Using radio frequency technology,RS485 transmission technology and software and hardware of PLC,touch screen,remote computer,a control system was devised for intelligent group raising gestation sow.According to eating habits of gestation sows and operation habits of the operator,feeding and pigs information table was designed for feeding and production of gestation sows.In addition,it was also proposed feasible control plans for entrance door,feed door and exit door.Considering animal welfare,it can transmit feeding information between feeding stations under the same network.After the feeding,it can send feeding information to remote computer for report.It can be used as a reference for the design of intelligent feeding system of gestation sow,that equipment was for the small and medium-scale farms.
