摘要
推出一款专门设计、正常用于农业领域的全智能控制打捆缠膜一体机设备,主要适用于玉米、饲料、草料、青贮和其它类型的喂养牲畜松散纤维材料固定场地的打捆与缠膜一体化作业。以提高智能化、自动化和专业化水平为目的,针对设备各部件功能特点和工作要求,研究综述了机器工作流程、动作衔接及其逻辑关系,为智能电控系统设计研发、软件编程以及硬件选型等提供农业工程应用依据。
It was introduced a baling wrap film camera equipment that specially designed,normally used for agriculture in the field of intelligent control.It was mainly suitable for corn,feed,forage,silage,and other types of feeding cattle loose fiber fixed venues baling and membrane integration operation.To improve the level of intelligence,automation and specialization for the purpose,according to the characteristics of the function of equipment parts and work requirements,it was reviewed the machine of work process,action connection and its logical relationship.It provides the basis of the agricultural engineering application for the intelligent electronic control system design,software programming and hardware selection.
