New Opportunities, Challenges and Accomplishment of Chinese International Communication Against the Background of the Belt and Road Initiatives

"一带一路"建设为汉语国际传播带来了新契机,同时赋予汉语国际传播新使命。"一带一路"背景下沿线国家汉语国际传播呈现出良好的新态势,与"一带一路"沿线国家经贸合作的不断加深、新时代国家新政策的全力支持、孔子学院转型发展为汉语国际传播提供了新契机,同时也面临着人才培养尚未有效对接"五通"建设、沿线国家来华留学生的规模和结构有待扩大优化、孔子学院布局尚欠均衡、师资力量不足、世界各国语言推广机构竞争激烈等方面的挑战;汉语国际传播要实现新作为,应立足"五通"建设需要,优化沿线国家汉语传播资源配置方式;充分发挥多元主体作用,构建多样化、立体的汉语传播新格局;适应多样化受众需求,为"一带一路"建设提供人才智力支撑;创新传播方式,拓宽传播渠道,加速推进汉语国际传播力建设。

The Belt and Road Initiative gives both new opportunities and new missions to Chinese international communication. Against the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, Chinese international communication in the countries along the Belt and Road shows a good new situation.The deepening economic and trade cooperation between China andcountries along the Belt and Road, the full supports of China＇s new national policy in the new era and the transformation and development of Confucius institutes provide new opportunities for Chinese international communication. At the same time, Chinese international communication also faces new challenges： talent training has not yet effectively linked to the＂five links＂ construction;the size and structure of international students from countries along the Belt and Road should be expanded and optimized; the layout of Confucius institutes is still not balanced; more teachers are needed; finally, there＇s fierce competition from language communication agencies around the world.In order to realize new accomplishment, Chinese international communication should be based on the needs of ＂five links＂ construction to optimize the allocation of Chinese communication resources along the Belt and Road, and give full play to the role of multiple subjectsto build a new and diversified pattern of Chinese international communication. Chinese international communication should also be adapted to the diversified demands of audience and provide intelligence support for the Belt and Road Initiative, and find new ways of communication and broaden the channel of communication to accelerate the construction of the international communication power of Chinese.
