高等学校是完成立德树人根本任务的重要阵地,高校辅导员的教师身份使其承担立德树人的主要职责。通过对"立德""树人"以及二者关系的阐释,明确立德树人的内涵;从教育的目的、道德的本质、道德教育的功能以及教师在立德树人中的地位出发,解析"立德树人是教育的根本任务";从高校辅导员职业化专业化的要求、高校辅导员的教育使命以及高校辅导员在立德树人任务中的角色定位,分析高校辅导员承担的立德树人任务。

Colleges and universities are important frontsto accomplish the task of moral education. The teacher identity grants college counselors the responsibility ofmoraleducation.By exploring the meaning of ＂enhancing morality＂ and ＂fostering talents＂ as well as their relationship, the paper analyzes the connotation of moral education in depth.The belief that moral education is the fundamental responsibility of school education is analyzed from several aspects, namely, the purpose of education, the essence of morality, the function of moral education and teacher＇s role in moral education. The paper also elaborates on the responsibility of universities counselors in moral education through analyzing the professional requirement, the mission and role of universities counselors.
