摘要
【目的】探讨开放获取期刊网站建设的规范要求,为我国建设开放获取期刊网站提出优化策略和指导建议。【方法】结合DOAJ(Directory of Open Access Journals)的期刊收录标准和信息架构、信息化建设规范,归纳总结开放获取期刊网站建设的规范要求,调研我国开放获取期刊网站建设的发展现状和存在的问题,对比国外同类网站建设的发展状况,提出相应的解决方法。【结果】构建开放获取期刊网站建设规范的层次结构模型,从期刊信息、内容组织、运营维护管理3个方面归纳总结开放获取期刊网站建设的规范要求,并提出若干优化策略和指导建议。【结论】我国开放获取期刊网站建设存在诸多问题,应当从规范性、技术性、服务性、运维管理等方面加强网站建设。
[Purposes] This paper aims to discuss website construction specifications of open access journals and provide optimization strategies and guidelines for the website construction of open access journals in China. [Methods] Combining with standards of Directory of Open Access Journals in the perspective of journal selection,information architecture,and information construction specifications,we summarized the website construction specifications of open access journals,investigated the current development status of website construction,and analyzed the problems in the website construction of open access journals in China.We proposed some corresponding solutions by comparing the development status of website construction of similar foreign journals.[Findings]We propose a hierarchical structure model for website construction specifications of open access journals,summarize the website construction specifications of open access journals from basic information of journal,content organization,and operation and maintenance management,and put forward some optimizing strategies and guidelines. [Conclusions] The website construction of open access journals in China faces many problems,which should be improved in terms of normativity,technicality,service,and operation and maintenance management.
