Inhabited areas of the migrant older population has quietly emerged and have showed unique features in location advantage,functions and facilities,population composition,life style and social intercourse.The migrant older population has urgent need for formal support and medical resources.Therefore,social management should be positive in the philosophy and explore new methods such as open management and smart community so as to satisfy the proper needs of the migrant older population and promote the harmonious development of urban community.
