摘要
当前,内部质量保障体系建设日益受到学术界和教育界的高度关注。利用大数据,能够更好地把握内部质量保障体系的学习行为、教学模式适应性、教学过程合理性以及教学成效等。通过对高等教育内部质量保障(IQA)面临的挑战、要素联系及理论基础的分析,运用大数据驱动设计厦门大学IQA闭环体系,研究结果表明,目前的IQA应该从关注定性质量转变为注重定性定量质量结合、从关注表象质量转变为注重内涵质量、从关注制度建设转变为注重质量文化、从关注质量的部分环节转变为注重质量的全生命周期环节,由此建立起人才培养质量有机协同机制,实现对人才培养全过程的闭环质量监控。
The construction of IQA systemshas received increasing attention in the academic and educational communities. Using Big Data techniques,we can better understandthe learning behavior,teaching pattern adaptability,teaching process rationality and teaching effectiveness of internal quality assurance systems. This paper analyzes the challenges,key connection-factors and theoretical foundation of IQA designs,and utilizes Big Data driving to design an IQA closed-loop system in Xiamen University. Our conclusions show that: the attention of IQA should progress from qualitative quality to the combination of qualitative and quantitative quality,from the quality of appearance to the quality of connotation,from the regulation construction to the culture of quality,and from part links of quality to the whole life cycle of quality. In this way,an organic cooperative mechanism for talent cultivation quality can established,and a closed-loop quality monitoring system for the whole process of talent cultivationcan becreated.
