某院门诊产科患者15 153张处方用药的相关因素分析

Analysis on Correlation Factors of 15 153 Prescriptions of Medication in Out-patient of Obstetrics and Gynecology in A Hospital

目的:分析医院门诊产科患者处方用药相关因素,为妊娠期和哺乳期患者合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,分析医院2016年1月—2017年6月间门诊产科患者15 153张处方用药的种类、使用频率及安全性分级。结果:15 153张门诊产科患者处方用药中,涉及的药品种类145种,主要有外用药类、中成药类、抗菌药物类、维生素及微量元素类和其他类,分别占22.75%、22.06%、11.03%、10.34%和10.34%,其中处方用药中使用频率最多的是维生素及微量元素类药物,其次是保胎药物;在安全性分级中妊娠期B类药物占33.33%,哺乳期L2类药物占20%;在中成药使用方面,多数药物在药品说明书中对于妊娠期或者哺乳期的安全性均未归类注明。结论:医院门诊产科患者用药属基本合理,但应注意对于中成药的使用,尽量选择有循证依据安全的药物。

Objective：To analyze the correlation factors of prescription medication of the obstetrics patients of hos- pital out-patient and to provide a reference for the rational use of drugs in patients with pregnancy and lactation, Meth- ods： 15 153 prescriptions of drug kinds, frequency of use and security classification in outpatient obstetrics patients of the hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were Analyzed by retrospective method. Results： 145 kinds of drugs vari- ety were involved in 15 153 prescription medication of the outpatient obstetrics patients, mainly for external drugs, antibi-otics, vitamins, trace elements and other classes; accounted for 22.75%, 22.06%, 11.03%, lu.~/o anu ~v.~,,7o, ~c^pc,^- tivel, the most frequently used prescription medication in statistics is drugs, vitamins and trace elements, followed by to- colytic drugs. In the safety classification, the proportion of class B drugs in pregnancy was nearly 33.33%, and the propor- tion of L2 drugs in lactation period was about 20.00%. Most drugs are not included in the drug specification for the safety of pregnancy or lactation. Conclusion： The patients medication in the obstetrical department of our hospital is basically reasonable, but we should pay attention to the use of Chinese patent medicines, and try to choose the drugs that are safe enough according to the evidence.
