右美托咪定与地塞米松联合对单肺通气手术患者肺功能及其感染风险的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价右美托咪定与地塞米松联合对单肺通气(OLV)手术患者肺功能及感染风险的影响。方法:选取2016年2月—2017年2月期间收治的实施OLV患者100例资料,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例;对照组患者予以右美托咪定麻醉,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用地塞米松,比较两组患者术中萎缩肺组织的损伤指标(如MPO、MDA、XOD)水平测得值的变化情况以及术后肺部感染的发生率差异。结果:观察组患者用药后术中肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、戊二醛(MDA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)指标水平测得值均低于对照组(P<0.05),术后肺部感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在OLV手术患者中采用右美托咪定与地塞米松联用麻醉可减轻肺组织损伤,保护肺功能,从而避免了肺部感染的发生。
