聚吡咯/普鲁士蓝复合材料合成及其对H_2O_2的检测 被引量:1

摘要 利用聚吡咯(PPy)与氯化铁、铁氰化钾的反应,制备了聚吡咯/普鲁士蓝(PB)复合材料。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜对PPy/PB复合材料的结构和微观形貌进行表征,采用循环伏安方法测试其电化学性能。实验结果表明,PPy纳米管可以调控PB的生长聚集,颗粒状的PB较为均匀地附着在PPy纳米管表面。PPy/PB复合材料对于H_2O_2有着良好的电检测性能,其线性检测范围是0.5 mmol/L^15 mmol/L,检测限为0.3 mmol/L。在PPy/PB复合材料中,对H_2O_2有电化学检测性能作用的主要是PB,PPy纳米管则是支撑PB颗粒,增加电化学过程的接触面积,提升PB与电极之间的电子传输效率。 Polypyrrole (PPy)/Prussian Blue (PB) composites were prepared through the reaction among PPy, FeC13 and K3 [ Fe(CN)6] in this work. The structure and morphology of the synthesized PPy/PB composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical performances were tested by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that PPy could control the growth and aggregation of PB, leading to PB with granulated structure uniformly attached to the surface of PPy nanotubes. The PPy/PB composites exhibited good performances in the electrochemical detection of hydrogen peroxide. The linear detection range was 0.5 mmol/L-15 mmol/L, and the detection limit was 0.3 mmol/L. In PPy/PB composites, the PB mainly contributes to the electrochemical detection of hydrogen peroxide, while PPy nanotubes assist to support PB granules, thus increase the contacting area and improve the electron transport efficiency between PB and the electrode in the electrochemical process.
