基于文献计量学的热敏灸研究现状与评价

Situation and Evaluation of Current Study on Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion Based on Literature Metrology

目的：对国内外热敏灸研究现状进行分析与评价,为进一步深入开展热敏灸研究提供依据。方法：全面检索2006年1月1日—2016年8月15日期间中国知网（CNKI）、维普（VIP）、万方（WF）、PubM ed等数据库的热敏灸文献,运用文献计量学方法进行计量分析。结果：755篇中文文献刊载在184种医药期刊上,22篇SCI文献刊载在10种杂志上;近6年文献数量呈显著上升趋势;第一作者单位多为三甲医院,分布于27个省市;文献研究类型以临床研究为主;基金资助发表文献来源于国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）78篇,SCI 22篇,国家自然科学基金65篇,国家科技支撑计划、国家科技攻关计划15篇,省、厅级科研项目490篇;热敏灸干预病症185种,分布于11个病症系统。结论：热敏灸临床应用推广形势良好,但其临床研究规范及其作用机制研究尚有待加强。

Objective： To analyze and evaluate the current study on heat-sensitive moxibustion at home and abroad. The aim is to provide the basis for further research on heat-sensitive moxibustion. Methods： Literature was searched comprehensively through CNKI,VIP,WF and Pub Med during 2006. 1. 1.-2016. 8. 15. Then the measurement results were analyzed by the bibliographic method. Results： A total of 755 papers in China were published in 184 medical journals and 22 SCI papers published in 10 journals. The number of literature in recent 6 years showed a significant upward trend. The first authors were more from three-A level hospitals,distributed in 27 provinces and cities. The type of literature was mainly clinical research. Seventy-eight papers were supported by national key basic research and development program（973 Program）; 22 papers SCI; 65 papers supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China,15 papers supported by National Science and technology support program or the national science and technology research program; 490 papers supported by provincial or departmental research projects. Heat-sensitive moxibustion can treat 185 kinds of diseases,distributed in 11 systems disorders. Conclusion： Heat-sensitive moxibustion has a good clinical application and popularization,but its clinical research standards and its mechanism of action need to be strengthened.
