刘敬霞应用对药防治高血压病经验

LIU Jingxia’s Experience of Treating Hypertension by Drug Pairs

介绍刘敬霞教授防治高血压病临证经验。刘教授认为高血压病的发生多因情志内伤、饮食不节、肾精亏虚所致,病理性质有虚实两端,虚实之间可相互兼夹或转化,临证时注重整体观念与辨证论治,坚持辨体-辨病-辨证相结合的诊疗思路。治疗中遵循补虚泻实、调整阴阳的治疗原则。用药时尤为重视对药的应用,认为对药是单味中药与复方的桥梁,是复方的主干,也是配伍的基础,对药不仅可增强疗效,还可降低毒性及不良反应,临床中灵活配伍,疗效显著。

This paper introduces professor LIU Jingxia＇s clinical experience of treating hypertension by drug pairs. Professor LIU suggests that the incidence of hypertension is due to emotional internal injuries,diet,deficiency of kidney. The pathological properties are both deficiency and excess. The deficiency and excess situation can tranform each other. We should pay attention to the whole concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment in clinic and keep the thought of body differentiation-disease differentiation-sydnrome differentiation. In the medication,professor LIU especially pays attention to drug pairs and drug pairs are the bridge of single herb and compound and the basis of compatibility,which can not only enhance the efficacy,but also reduce toxicity and side effects. The clinical curative effect is distinct when flexible compatibility in clinic.
