王新昌运用益气养阴祛瘀法治疗干燥综合征经验

WANG Xinchang’s Experience in Treating Sjogren’s Syndrome with Method of Invigorating Qi,Nourishing Yin and Removing Blood Stasis

介绍王新昌教授临床运用益气养阴祛瘀法治疗干燥综合征的相关经验。中医将干燥综合征归结为＂痹证＂＂燥痹＂范围,临床多以滋阴类药物为主体治疗该病症。王新昌教授认为,气虚、阴亏、血瘀是干燥综合征基本的病因病机,而燥热是造成该病症的主要诱发因素,主张治疗上以＂益气滋阴,活血祛瘀＂法为治疗总则,经临床多次运用,收效甚佳。

This article introduces the experience of Professor WANG Xinchang on the treatment of Sjogren＇ s syndrome with the methods of replenishing qi,nourishing yin and removing blood stasis. Chinese medicine considers Sjogren＇ s syndrome as Bi syndrome and Bi sydnrome due to dryness. The main treatment of the disease is to use drugs for nourishing. Professor WANG Xinchang advocates that Qi deficiency,yin deficiency and blood stasis are the basic etiology and pathogenesis of Sjogren＇s syndrome,and dry-heat is the main predisposing factor of the disease,so we put forward the treatment of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin and removing blood stasis method as general principles. The clinical use of many times has very good results.
