麻黄附子细辛汤治疗阳虚血瘀证缓慢性心律失常患者的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction in Treatment of Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome Patients with Bradyarrhythmia

目的：研究麻黄附子细辛汤治疗阳虚血瘀证缓慢性心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法：选取从2015年10月—2016年7月在本院诊断为阳虚血瘀证缓慢性心律失常的患者共100例,按入组顺序随机均分为两组。两组均采用参麦注射液;观察组在此基础上加服麻黄附子细辛汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,分别于治疗前后测定两组患者心率指标及血液流变学指标,并对两组中医证候积分进行比较。结果：观察组总有效率90.00%显著高于对照组72.00%（P〈0.05）,观察组治疗后中医证候评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组平静心率、24 h平均心率及24 h最慢心率均显著升高（P〈0.05）;且治疗后明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组全血黏度（高切、低切）、血浆黏度及血浆纤维蛋白原含量明显降低（P〈0.05）。且两组治疗后血液流变学指标有显著差异,观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：麻黄附子细辛汤温阳化气,活血通脉,能有效缓解阳虚血瘀证缓慢性心律失常患者的临床症状。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction in the treatment of Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients with bradyarrhythmia. Methods： From October 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital,100 cases diagnosed as Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with chronic arrhythmia,according to the order of the group,were randomly divided into two groups. Two groups were treated with Shenmai Injection. The observation group added Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and the heart rate indexes and hemorheology indexes were measured before and after treatment in the two groups and the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group（90%） was significantly higher than the control group＇ s 72%（P〈 0. 05）. TCM syndrome score in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇s HR,24 h average heart rate and the slowest heart rate increased significantly（P〈 0. 05） and after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈 0. 05）. The observation group＇ s whole blood viscosity（high and low shear）,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen content decreased significantly（P〈 0. 05）. There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment and the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction can warm Yang Qi and promote blood circulation and can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with chronic arrhythmia.
