咳喘停药贴对过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者IFN-γ/IL-4的影响

Influence on IFN-γ/IL-4 of Kechuanting Paste Therapy on Patients with Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome

目的：研究咳喘停药贴治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者的临床疗效及对血清IFN-γ/IL-4的影响。方法：选取南京中医药大学附属医院2016年夏季＂三伏天＂哮喘患者,按有无合并过敏性鼻炎,分为过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者23例及单纯哮喘患者19例,进行咳喘停药贴穴位贴敷治疗,电话随访两组患者哮喘ACT评分,并用ELISA法检测两组患者治疗前后血清IL-4、IFN-γ含量,计算比值。结果：（1）与治疗前同期比较,治疗结束后3个月两组哮喘患者同期的ACT评分均显著升高（P〈0.05）。结论：咳喘停药贴可改善过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者的远期症状,其疗效维持时间低于单纯哮喘患者,考虑与过敏性鼻炎有关。咳喘停药贴可使过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征患者Th1/Th2向Th1偏移,抑制Th2的促炎作用,与单纯哮喘机制相同。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Kechuanting Paste acupoint sticking on treating allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome and the influence on serum IFN-γ/IL-4. Methods： According to whether the-e is allergic rhinitis or not,23 asthma patients were in the allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome group and 19 asthma patients in the asthma group. They were treated with Kechuanting acupoint sticking therapy in dog days. Telephone follow-up was performed to determine the recurrence and ELISA was applied to detect IFN-γ and IL-4 levels before and after treatment. Results：（1）Compared with before treatment,ACT grades were significantly higher in two groups after finishing the periods of treatment for 3 months（P〈 0. 05）. And ACT grades were obviously higher in asthma group after finishing the periods of treatment for 6 months（P〈 0. 05）,however,the grades just had ascending trend in CARAS group.（2）Compared with before treatment,levels of serum of the IFN-γ/IL-4 in two groups were significantly higher（P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Kechuanting Paste acupoint sticking can improve long-term effects in patients with CARAS and the effect duration is shorter than asthma group. The reason may be associated with allergic rhinitis. Kechuanting acupoint sticking therapy can make Th1/Th2 migration to Th1 in patients with CARAS and inhibit the inflammation of asthmatic airway by reducing Th2,which is similar to asthma patients.
