穴位贴敷对围绝经期综合征的临床研究

Clinical Research of Innovation of Acupoint Sticking Therapy in Perimenopausal Women

目的：研究创新穴位贴敷疗法对围绝经期女性的疗效影响。方法：选择围绝经期综合征女性患者180例,按照随机数字表随机分为传统穴位贴敷组、创新穴位贴敷组、针刺治疗组,每组60例。3组分别在相同的穴位进行贴敷或针刺,观察并记录3组患者治疗前后的生存质量Kupperman评分、疗效、促黄体生成素（LH）变化情况。结果：3组患者治疗前LH、疗效和Kupperman评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,说明3组患者具有可比性。治疗后,3组患者LH、疗效和Kupperman评分与治疗前相比均显著改善（P〉0.05）,说明针刺治疗和创新穴位贴敷在改善患者LH、疗效和Kupperman评分方面无明显差异。结论：创新穴位贴敷组临床疗效明显好于传统穴位贴敷组。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the innovation of acupoint sticking therapy in perimenopausal women.Methods： A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into the traditional meridian sticking group,the innovation of acupoint sticking therapy and acupuncture treatment group,60 cases in each group. The changes of Kupperman,LH or therapeutic effect were observed and recorded before and after treatment. Results： The Kupperman and LH had no statistical significance（P〈 0. 05）before treatment and there were significant differences in comparing the Kupperman,LH and therapeutic effect among the 3 groups before and after treatment（P〈 0. 05）. Meanwhile,the improvements in the innovation of acupoint sticking therapy and acupuncture treatment group were more significant than that in the traditional meridian sticking group（P〈 0. 05）. However,there were no significant differences in comparing the Kupperman,LH or therapeutic effect between the innovation of acupoint sticking therapy and acupuncture treatment group（P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： The innovation of acupoint sticking therapy was better than the traditional meridian sticking group on improving the Kupperman,LH and therapeutic effect in perimenopausal women.
