三七茜草复方有效组分宫内缓释系统对大鼠子宫内膜形态学影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨三七茜草复方有效组分(SQ)宫内缓释系统对大鼠子宫内膜形态学的影响。方法:选定32只SD雌性大鼠,随机分为SQ-IUD组、IUD模型组、缓释材料(LR)对照组、空白对照组,观察大鼠子宫大体形态学、宫腔冲洗液细胞成分、子宫内膜形态学和血管径计量。结果:在子宫大体形态学方面,SQ-IUD组充血水肿和渗出粘连程度较IUD模型组明显减轻,SQ-IUD组、IUD模型组子宫重量分别为(493.33±13.80)mg、(547.83±17.81)mg(P〈0.05),Nair粘连评分分别为(1.00±0.76)分、(2.75±1.03)分(P〈0.05);在宫腔冲洗液细胞成分方面,SQ-IUD组白细胞数较IUD模型组明显降低,SQ-IUD组、IUD模型组白细胞数分别为(7.01±12.05)p/μL、(206.83±222.38)p/μL(P〈0.05);在子宫内膜形态学方面,SQ-IUD组上皮细胞脱落、腺体扩张、间质水肿、炎性细胞浸润程度较IUD模型组明显减轻;在血管径计量方面,SQ-IUD组血管直径较IUD模型组明显变窄,SQ-IUD组、IUD模型组血管直径分别为(120.69±27.14)μm,(167.31±19.20)μm(P〈0.05);SQ-IUD组各项指标与LR对照组、空白对照组均无明显差异。结论:三七茜草缓释系统可明显减轻IUD放置后子宫炎症反应,改善子宫内膜形态,以血管结构改善较为明显。 Objective: To explore the impact of effective components of notoginseng madder compound(SQ) of Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system on endometrial morphology of rats. Methods: Thirty-two SD female rats were randomly divided into SQ-IUD group,IUD model group,LR control group and blank control group. We observed rats uterus morphology,uterine cavity flushing fluid cell components,endometrial morphology and vascular diameter measurement. Results: In the general morphology of the uterus,the level of congestion,edema and adhesion of SQ-IUD group were obviously lower than those of IUD model group.The uterine weights of the two groups were respectively(493. 33 ± 13. 80) mg and(547. 83 ± 17. 81) mg(P〈 0. 05). The adhesion score of the two groups were respectively(1. 00 ± 0. 76) pionts and(2. 75 ± 1. 03) pionts(P〈 0. 05). In uterine cavity flushing fluid components,the number of white blood cells of SQ-IUD group was obviously lower than that of IUD model group and the numbers of white blood cells of the two groups were respectively(7. 01 ± 12. 05) p/μL and(206. 83 ± 222. 38) p/μL(P 0. 05). In terms of endometrial morphology,the level of epithelial cell shedding,glands expansion,interstitial edema and inflammatory cells infiltration of SQ-IUD group were obviously lower than those of IUD model group. In terms of vascular diameter measurement,the vascular diameter measurement of SQ-IUD group was significantly narrower than that of IUD model group. The vascular diameter measurements of the two groups were respectively(120. 69 ± 27. 14) μm and(167. 31 ± 19. 20) μm(P 0. 05). The indexes which are involved in the text of SQ-IUD group were similar to those of LR control group and blank control group. Conclusion: SQ of Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system can alleviate the inflammation caused by IUD and improve the endometrial morphology and the improvements of vascular structures are more obvious.
