中医健康状态辨识系统开发及在中医临床的应用初探 被引量:5

摘要 辨证论治是中医临床诊断的基础,基于中医原理的中医健康状态辨识系列仪器及软件系统研发是中医证候辨识实现标准化、客观化的前提,文章分析了中医四诊仪器及中医健康管理软件系统研究及临床应用现状,并结合目前研究现状,提出中医健康状态辨识系统研发应该从系统、整体出发,以中西医结合为基础,结合现代科学技术手段,从宏观到微观,多维多角度出发,利用互联网技术搭建人体生理病理信息数据库,结合数据挖掘技术,进行大数据计算,挖掘大数据下隐藏的信息,从而提高证候辨识的可靠性和准确度。 Syndrome differnentiation and treatment is the basis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical diagnosis. Research and development of health status identification instruments and software system based on principle of TCM is the prerequistite for the standardization and objectification of TCM syndrome identification. This paper analyzes the research and clinical application of the TCM four diagnostic instruments and the health management software system. Combining with the current research status,it proposes that the research and development of TCM health status identification system should base on"system"and"overall"theory. Combining TCM and western medicine and with the help of modern science and technology,and from macro to micro,muti-dimensional and multi perspectives,internet technology can be used to build human physiological pathology information database,and data mining technology and large data calculation are used to find out the hidden information under the large data,thereby enhancing the reliability and accuracy of health status identification.
