摘要
为了揭示煤与瓦斯突出启动后巷道内突出煤-瓦斯两相流运移规律及突出冲击波传播特征,利用自行研制的"煤与瓦斯突出动力效应模拟试验装置",进行了低气压条件煤与瓦斯突出动力效应模拟试验.通过实现突出口的主动快速开启、多种流体运移路线、阻力特性的巷道网络布置及参数的全方位实时监测,模拟了该固气参数条件下突出煤-瓦斯两相流在巷道网络中的运移过程.研究结果表明:巷道内突出煤运移经历3个阶段历时3 053ms;突出启动后巷道内气体压力、温度发生跳跃式改变,气压变化持续时间小于1s;突出冲击波阵面平均传播速度为405.36m/s,冲击波超压峰值沿巷道呈衰减趋势,主巷内接联络巷处的冲击波平均衰减系数是其他位置的5倍左右.
To investigate the coal-gas two-phase flow migration law and the characteristics of shock wave propagation after the coal and gas outburst started,a dynamic effect simulation test in low gas pressure was carried out by using the self-developed coal and gas outburst dynamic effect simulation test device.By realizing the active quick opening of the outburst mouth,the roadway network arrangement of a plurality of fluid migration routes and the resistance characteristics,as well as the all-directional real-time monitoring of the parameters,the migration process of coal-gas two-phase flow in roadway networks with this solid-gas parameter was simulated.The results show that the outburst coal movement in the roadway experiences three stages,which takes 3 053 ms.There is a jumping change of pressure and temperature after the outburst occurs,and the duration of pressure change is less than 1 s.The average propagation velocity of outburst shock wave front is 405.36 m/s.The overpressure peaks of shock wave show an attenuation trend along the roadway,the average attenuation coefficient of the shockwave at the connection roadway of the main road is 5 times that of other locations.
