晚期早产儿与母亲中医体质的相关性研究

Study on the Relativity between Late Preterm Children and Mother's TCM Constitution

目的:探讨晚期早产儿发生与母亲中医体质的相关性,为育龄妇女进行中医体质干预从而降低早产发生提供理论依据。方法:随机抽取在重庆市妇幼保健院分娩的晚期早产儿126例及健康足月儿138例,采用中华中医药学会颁布的《中医体质分类与判定》标准对其母亲进行问卷调查、体质评估。结果:126例晚期早产儿母亲中偏颇体质104例(82.54%),平和质22例(17.46%),偏颇体质中以阳虚质(25.84%)和气虚质(21.91%)居多。138例健康足月儿母亲平和质71例(51.45%),偏颇质67例(48.55%),两组母亲平和质与偏颇质构成比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:晚期早产儿的发生与母亲中医体质偏颇有一定相关性,育龄妇女孕前保健时有必要了解中医体质类型,及早干预偏颇体质,对预防早产的发生有积极意义。

Objective： To explore the relationship between the occurrence of late preterm infants and the mothers＇TCM constitution, so as to provide the theoretical basis for TCM intervention of reproductive women to reduce the incidence of premature birth. Methods： A total of 126 cases of late preterm infants and 138 cases of healthy full-term infants were randomly selected from Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children. Ques- tionnaire survey and constitution assessments were taken for the mothers based on the standard of TCM constitu- tion table that published by China Association of Chinese Medicine. Results： There were 104 biased constitu- tions among the 126 cases of late preterm＇s mothers, which accounted for 82.54%, 22 peace constitutions, ac- counted for 17.46%. Biased coustitution was mostly Yang deficiency（25.84%） and Qi defieiceney（21.91%）. There were 71 peace constitutions among the 138 cases of full-term infants＂ mother, which accounted for 51.45%, 67 biased constitutions, accounted for 48.55%. The difference was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈 0.001）. Conclusion： There was a certain correlation between the occurrence of late preterm infants and the biased constitution of mother. It is necessary for fertile women to understand TCM type of constitution in preconception care, and then to prevent the occurrence of premature birth.
