基于德尔菲法选取防治肾虚型骨质疏松症药膳方的研究

Diet Selection of the Prevention and Treatment for Kidney Deficiency Type of Osteoporosis Based on Delphi Method

目的:探讨防治肾虚型骨质疏松症的补肾药膳方,为后期研究补肾药膳方的实验研究提供前期基础。方法:在查阅文献的基础上制定6种补肾药膳方调查表,采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家咨询。结果:2轮咨询问卷有效回收率均为100%;专家权威程度较高,协调意见较为一致,最终确定以狗肉、羊肾、山药、枸杞组成的补肾药膳方进行防治肾虚型骨质疏松症的研究。结论:该自拟配方具有一定的可靠性和可信性,可作为后期实验研究的药膳方。

Objective： To explore the more scientific diet of the prevention and treatment for kidney deficiency type of osteoporosis, and provide preliminary basis for. the next research of diet effect. Methods： A total of 6 kinds of kidney medicinal diet questionnaire were designed on the basis of literature review and two rounds of expert consultation were taken by using Delphi method. Results： The effective recovery rate of two rounds of consulting questionnaire was 100%. The experts have a high degree of authority and more consistent coordination. The kidney medicinal diet consisted of dog＇s flesh （Canis Caro）, goat＇s kidney （Caprae seu Ovis Renes）, dioscorea （Dioscoreae Rhizoma）, and lycium （Lycii Fructus） was finally determined for the prevention and treatment of kidney deficiency type osteoporosis research. Conclusion： The self-diet has certain reliability and credibility and can be used as the kidney medicinal deit for next research.
