摘要
本文总结了目前国内外智慧城市标准化工作的现状,提出了新型智慧城市的技术参考模型(TRM)、基于OODA模型的城市综合治理与运行信息流程、标准体系框架及评估指标体系,并针对后续我国新型智慧城市标准化工作的开展提出了一些措施和建议。
This paper firstly summarizes the status of smart city standardization in our country and abroad,then presents the technical reference model（TRM）,information flow based on OODA,framework for standards system and evaluation indicators for smart city,and finally proposes some suggestions for new type of smart city standardization.
