空基平台信息化装备研发能力建设规划方法研究

摘要 分析了空基平台信息化装备的特点和空基平台信息化装备研发能力建设面临的问题,提出了采用DoDAF2.0体系结构框架进行研发能力建设规划的思路,并对空基平台信息化装备的能力建设规划进行了具体建模,解决能力建设规划本身及其与能力建设项目、能力环境之间关系问题。进而对体系结构框架对我国研发能力建设规划、行业研发能力互操作性中可发挥的作用进行了探讨。 The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of RD capabilities building planning,the relations among RD capabilities building planning and the projects of RD capabilities building and the system of RD research conditions. The features of air-based patform information equipment and the problems of air-based patform information equipment RD capabilities building is analyzed,Do DAF Architecture Framework Version 2. 0 is proposed to do the work of air-based patform information equipment RD capabilities building. Furthermore,effects of Architecture Framework to our country RD capabilities building planning and the interoperability of industry class RD capabilities is discussed.
