摘要
针对高钙回水影响辉钼矿浮选效果,以不影响辉钼矿与其它非钼硫化矿物浮选分离且改善高钙回水中辉钼矿浮选指标为目的,采用脂肪烃类捕收剂中添加适量稠环芳烃的方法获得一种基于脂肪烃和稠环芳烃的复合烃油捕收剂。结果表明,当脂肪烃类捕收剂中掺入4%的稠环芳烃时,其高钙回水选钼指标最佳;与未添加稠环芳烃的脂肪烃类捕收剂相比,在粗精矿品位相近的情况下,高钙回水选钼回收率提高了3%以上。
Since recycled wate containing high calcium ion can badly affect the the flotation molybdenite,we develop a kind of composite hydrocarbon oil on the basis of aliphatic hydrocarbon and polycyclic aromatic as collector for molybdenite( meaning XLM-2) by means of adding adequate polycyclic aromatic compound into aliphatic hydrocarbon to improve the flotation effect of aliphatic hydrocarbon on molybdenite. The flotation test results show that the optimal of molybdenite floatation indexes were obtained in the case that the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was 4%. When high calcium recycled water was used for beneficiation w,the recovery of XLM-2 as molybdenum collector was 3% more than that of aliphatic hydrocarbons collector( Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons being not added).
