基于协同测度模型的深部金属矿体回采顺序优化研究 被引量:14

摘要 为克服某矿深部矿体开采过程中地压管理难的问题,基于协同开采理念,设计了三种不同开采顺序方案。采用Phase2数值模拟软件建立矿体开挖模型,分析了不同回采顺序下矿体围岩应力和位移的变化规律。结果表明,随着间隔矿柱数的增加和高强度充填体范围的扩大,采场地压得到有效控制。其中,方案1开采顺序优化程度较低,方案2与方案3开采顺序优化程度较高;以此为基础,综合技术、经济两种指标构建出深部矿段开采顺序优化的协同测度模型,计算出三种回采方案的协同度分别为0.063、0.178、0.196,确定了方案3为最优开采顺序方案。 In order to overcome the problem of ground pressure management in the process of mining for deep orebody and realize the safe and efficient orebody mining,the optimization schemes of three different mining sequences were designed basing on synergetic mining conception. By using numerical simulation software Phase^2,the model of orebody excavation was built. The stress and displacement timevarying effects of the different scheme were analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the stope ground pressure was effectively controlled with the increasing in the number of route interval and the expansion of high intensity backfill scope. Among them,the degree of mining sequence optimization of the first scheme was low and the second and third scheme is high. The synergetic degree measure model for mining sequence optimization was established according to the technical and economic indices. The synergy degree values of the three schemes were 0. 063,0. 178 and 0. 196,separately. The third scheme was considered as the optimal scheme.
